Refund policy
Because each drop is produced in limited quantities and fulfilled specifically for each release, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has been placed.
Exceptions
We will gladly replace your item or issue store credit if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a clear manufacturing defect
To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof.
Please note
• Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse
• We cannot refund orders due to shipping delays outside our control
• All products are part of limited-time drops and are not regularly restocked
